Sovereign Project Management was established with the purpose of providing a unique and individually tailored service within the house building industry. Utilising over 30 years experience in construction we are able to offer a complete service to clients wishing to construct either their own bespoke home or to build houses as a commercial venture.

Through an extensive range of contacts built up over many years, we can offer a complete one-stop shop to assist in land sourcing and purchase, obtaining Planning Permission, meeting Building regulations and all pre –construction elements including service provider liaison, asbestos surveys (as required by law) and disposal of any dangerous material, plus satisfying the ever increasing demand for renewable energy and eco awareness by fulfilling the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Housing.

Once off the drawing board a full project management service can be provided to ensure your home is built to exacting standards.
