Formed in 2008 and now utilising over 30 years experience in construction and house building, Sovereign Project Management was established to provide a bespoke and personal service to clients.

The house building industry in the United Kingdom has seen a huge boom over the past decade and despite some warnings of a down turn in the housing sector, there is still a huge shortage of homes especially in the South East of England which will be Sovereign's target area. With a contact data base built up over many years Sovereign can offer the client a range of services from simply managing the build contract of a new home to a complete 'one stop' turn key package.

Sovereign have access to a wide range of consultants, including Architects, Engineers, Eco Consultants, Specialists, plus a network of Sub Contractors and material suppliers who can form a team to provide the dream home to meet all the needs of the 21st Century.

Sovereign is registered with the National House Building Council (NHBC) and carry full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.

We also work closely with a number of oak framing companies to offer our clients a full design, build and construction service on bespoke oak frame homes. These magnificent structures are built using centuries old methods of hand crafting and jointing. They are unique in their field and provide the opportunity to experience the aesthetic beauty of yesteryear coupled with the technological benefits of modern day construction. Their true beauty needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
