Foxwoods, Virginia Water, Wentworth

The “Foxwoods” development consists of four magnificent oak frame houses and is situated on the edge of the very exclusive, world famous Wentworth Golf Estate. This exciting project was completed in May 2010.

Sovereign have been involved in this project from the initial design stage which commenced almost thirty months ago. The oak frame is built using centuries old methods and has attracted wide spread attention and interest.

Each individual property features solar panels which provide over 10% of the homes energy use through renewable technology; resulting in cost savings to the eventual occupiers on their fuel bills.

Weekly meetings with the client have enabled us to guide them through the very difficult decisions on specifications for kitchens, bathrooms and tiling and produced a product that is already receiving high acclaim. Within two weeks of being marketed, all four properties have secured long term rental agreements with two major blue chip companies.

Each house is over 3800 square feet and has been completed to the highest specification, incorporating many luxury and unique features, including extensive granite, a mezzanine area, vaulted oak ceilings and beautiful stone floors with under-floor heating.
