Preservation Of Listed properties

In addition to new build projects, Sovereign also holds a strong interest in restoration work, particularly related to listed properties. We feel passionate about being able to preserve local properties of interest and with extensive knowledge in the stringent regulations related to these unique properties, we can competently and with confidence undertake these type of projects with the knowledge of the specialist surveys that are invariably necessary to ensure restoration work is completed in accordance with these requirements. Sovereign has recently completed the restoration work of a beautiful Grade 2 listed Oast House which has now been restored to its former beauty following substantial fire damage.
