This project has now commenced to construct this magnificent five bedroom house, after we successfully obtained revised Planning Permission for the client to increase the original 5500 square feet. We are now constructing over 8000 square feet of high specification luxury. The amended planning resulted in a gain to our client of over £400000 in property value and now incorporates a basement with Gymnasium, Indoor swimming pool, cinema room and wine cellar.

The ground floor layout now encompasses a vast kitchen, vaulted dining area with full height glazing two and a half storeys high; this features ‘smart glass’ that changes from clear to opaque at the touch of a button. A magnificent hardwood staircase will sweep and split leading to the first floor.

The re-designed master suite now has a walk in wardrobe for the lady of the house with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine, where the ‘his’ dressing area is located. The en-suite which is still in the process of being designed, will feature a Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower creating the client’s request of a ‘Vegas’ style bathroom.

Numerous late night meetings have enabled us to guide our client through the initial complexities of planning and re-design and we are now guiding them during the construction of their dream home.

Throughout this project, we will continuously work closely with the client to advise and assist with the incorporation of many unique features. Solar panelling and integrated watering system will also be incorporated in to the building and design plans.

Combined with the planning gain, the additional costs savings made via our unique process will see the client owning a magnificent 6 bedroom mansion at approximately 10-15% below normal cost.
